La Cerrella

The School
The “school” is located within one of the buildings at La Cerrella, and was designed and built with teaching in mind.
The kitchen is a harmonic balance of the rustic environment and modern conveniences. In an adjacent building, there is a comfortable reception area, well suited to dining, a game of billiards, or just relaxing and enjoying the scenery through the enormous double doors that open the space to access the outdoors.

Guests will be will be residing on board the “Della Grazia”, a 72 foot luxury yacht, moored in Salerno. Mornings will begin with a quick ride to the La Cerrella Vineyards for breakfast. A hands-on cooking class taught by local experts and proctored by an English-speaking instructor will fill the morning hours. The noontime meal will be based upon the morning class, and served on site.
All the receipies will based on the ancient tradition of the Picentini Mountains and Amalfitan Coast. The proposed selection will be dictated by the seasonal availability of sea food and vegetables.
