Relais Regina Giovanna is an intimate and familiar luxury farmhouse located about 4 km far from Sorrento, one of the "pearls" in the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno, facing Capri. An ideal setting for those wishing to spend their stay in peace and tranquillity, relaxing in this corner of Paradise where the peace and quiet surrounding guarantee the best of holiday.
The facilities include 30 ectar of ground, small outdoor dining, wine bar with a cigar corner The Relais also dispose of 2 private beaches (one inside the property and one in Sorrento)with free shuttle service from the hotel.

Cooking classes will be held from Carmen, in the small but very professional kitchen of Regina Giovanna. . . “cooking is my passion and I will show you how to create many wonderful recipes and you will learn the secrets of traditional Italian Cuisine in a relaxing, friendly and warm atmosphere."
Learn to make such typical southern Italian dishes as Sorrento-style gnocchi, stuffed calamari, and Neapolitan-style artichokes. All dishes use the freshest ingredients and recipes that have been passed down for many generations.
At the end of the course you will be able to cook wonderful Italian meals for yourself, your family, friends, partners etc.; organise Italian evening; or just follow a natural Mediterranean diet which is known to be one of the healthiest in the World.
After your lesson you will eat what you prepared, so be ready to cook, eat, drink and laugh!
