The School
Cooking is my passion and I will show you how to create many wonderful regional dishes. You will learn the secrets of traditional Italian cuisine in a relaxing, friendly and warm atmosphere. At the end of the lesson you will taste what you have prepared. We will enjoy some of the best local wines, learn some Italian phrases and laugh in my kitchen.

At the end of the course you will be able to cook wonderful Italian meals for yourself, your family, friends, and partners. You will be able to organize a complete Italian evening...from appetizers to dessert. Using a step-by-step learning format, you will make a satisfying, complete Italian meal, including the art of making fresh pasta. You'll learn to create ravioli, gnocchi in this fun, hands-on pasta-making adventure.

Recipes vary according to the season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available. We discuss the land, sea, market and garden come together to form Italian cooking experience.

The Classes

We will offer you accommodation, food & drink ,transport, visit to market places, excursions and tours, 3 days (or 6 days for the whole week) of cookery school.

Classes are on request, based upon availability, for a minimum of two people, when a booking is confirmed for two people, it does not guarantee a private class, only that you will have a guaranteed space in that class.
