Italian cooking holidays in Sabina, near Rome: relax, unwind, enjoy! Our Italian cooking holidays have been designed to share our love for Italian food, particularly Roman and Tuscan cuisine, in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. Set in Sabina, one of the most unspoilt areas of Italy, north of Rome and not far from Umbria and Tuscany, our cookery courses are easy to follow, creative and fun. During our cooking classes based in Toffia, a medieval hilltop stone village, you can participate in the preparation of wonderfully authentic Italian food or simply sit back, relax and sip on a glass of wine while food is prepared in front of you.

The Classes

It’s more than just a cooking holiday. Our cookery courses in the heart of Italy also include a day trip to Rome, a walk through an olive grove where you will learn more about the ancient art of making olive oil and a wine tasting evening. Regional wines and extra virgin olive oils can also be sampled during our cooking sessions. Your free time will give you a chance to receive a shiatsu massage, take a stroll, go for a swim or just enjoy what the Sabina region has to offer.

We offer weekly (6 nights/7 days) and weekend (3 nights/4 days) cooking holidays. Convivio Rome has a 'no single supplements / no hidden costs' policy.
