The School
Try Piedmont has its own real life, fully operational Kitchen and Trattoria (which is open to the public Thursdays – Sundays)and is equipped to the highest standards.
This is a fully inclusive holiday/gastronomic experience – with no hidden extras! You are free to come and go as you please. Non participating guests are welcome to join in all excursions (except for the cooking classes). Each day, in addition to the normal cooking workshops, our chefs will take enthusiasts on a food extravaganza around Piedmont, discovering real gastronomic and wine passions from the locals, but just as importantly allowing you the opportunity to discover the true Piemontese way of life!
This food adventure is the heart of cultural understanding of the area and takes full advantage of there unequalled knowledge of Piemontese food. We will visit many small producers around the region, who will impart their knowledge & skills welcomly upon us.
The emphasis is very much on having fun!
