The School
We introduce you to the authentic Puglia (Apulia) and Southern Italy showing aspects rarely seen by travellers! Cinzia will host you at her house, providing bed and breakfast accommodation in a beautiful historical palace. The palace is located in a small village off the tourist tracks and just outside Lecce (the baroque capital of Puglia). It is a unique opportunity to learn about Puglia culture through the local people while enjoying the friendly and homely atmosphere of a Pugliese private venue. Stile Mediterraneo House offers luxury breaks that range from cooking classes, wine tours, bike and walking tours, to local artisans and markets visits: this is a unique chance to experience the authentic Italian home and family lifestyle!

We provide Private and Personalized cooking classes which include visits to the best food and fish markets and artisans. You can choose to visit a mozzarella, pasta or olive oil producer before your class. Classes are hands on and held in English. We teach how the Italians from Puglia eat and cook in their homes. Atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. It is not a traditional school. We provide an authentic Italian home atmosphere. We provide accommodation in a beautiful historical palace.
