Organic Tuscany, offers week-long "farm to table" organic cooking holidays in the Tuscan hills. We visit local organic farms and teach you how to use their fresh, seasonal produce in traditional Tuscan and Italian dishes, both ”cucina povera” (inventive peasant food) and richer fare, including sumptuous desserts. Three courses a year are 100% vegetarian and all are vegetarian friendly.
Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu, The Scuola di Arte Culinaria Cordon Bleu of Florence offers cooking courses as well as single classes/lessons for professional and amateur cooks, chefs, tourists and children. Italian, Tuscan, Florentine and International cuisine classes are available, along with special courses on wine, bread, pasta and more. The lessons are available in Italian, English, or French and given by our founders, Cristina Blasi and Gabriella Mari.
The Tuscan chef, chef is a private culinary school offering a selection of cooking vacations throughout the year. Courses are hands-on under the guidance of professional Italian chef and sommelier, Valter Roman, and also feature guest chefs from around the world including Alvaro Maccioni of La Famiglia restaurant in London. Alvaro is a passionate advocate of using fresh, seasonal produce and traditional methods of cooking. He believes that 'if a chef cooks like his mother, he is a great chef. If he cooks like his grandmother, he is even greater!'

La Villa Cucina, This year La Villa Cucina explores the beautiful regions of Tuscany and Umbria! I will start the program year this spring in Tuscany; our Supertuscan Gastronomic Wine Tour includes four full participation culinary classes…my summer Classic Tuscan Cooking Week, includes five culinary classes and a special trip to the island of Elba… both at Tenuta la Bandita. My Autumn in Umbria cooking week will be at Il Poggio degli Olivi.

Montisi the cooking class has been run successfully for several years, in the kitchen of the restaurant La Romita. The kitchen was recently remodeled, creating a slightly larger space with all new equipment. The chef is Giovanna Bindi, the cook for the restaurant and wife of the owner Alberto. They have for twenty or so years created their own specialised Tuscan menus based on interesting "new" combinations of tastes and textures, using Renaissance recipes as a starting point.
