Pamela, an award-winning cookbook author with 15 delicious books, has been coordinating culinary workshops in several regions of Italy for over 15 years.

Pamela is based at Poggio Etrusco, her organic olive farm/agriturismo near Montepulciano (halfway between Florence and Rome), where she offers one-day or weeklong workshops. Each day includes either hands-on cooking classes or demonstrations at local restaurants, along with visits to each region's food artisans. The classes are taught in English or fully translated, and offer you the experience of regional, seasonal Italian cuisine.
