Gourmet Weekend in Florence: Practical cookery courses at our home in the heart of the Florence hills for people who are passionate about culinary art, who want to rediscover age-old flavours and the typical products of Tuscany and Liguria. Just a few minutes from Brunelleschi’s dome and Giotto’s tower there is a huge area of parkland which is home to Mount Morello: On its slopes among scattered groups of old farms and country villas, hidden by greenery, our family is waiting to welcome you.

You can choise between: three-day gourmet packages - from Friday to Sunday, accommodation with cooking classes, tasting sessions of some of the best wines and exquisite extra virgin olive oils, visits to the typical Florentine markets, to farms to learn about the production of olive oil, to San Miniato where you will be able to collect truffles - single cooking classes: three hours concentrated on the preparation of some of the most authentic and tastiest dishes from Tuscany and Liguria and.. dinner all together! A complete meal, comprising starter, first course, second course and dessert, will be prepared in each cooking class
