Tutti a Tavola, Cooking as the Tuscans do

The School
Come to “Tutti a Tavola” and discover the flavour of life in Chianti with four Tuscan mammas, Mimma, Lele, Franca and Simonetta, connected through family relations and lifetime friendship. We will cook together, sharing meals and conversation. You will stay in our houses entering the welcoming fabric of Italian hospitality where friendship and good food combine to open the heart and please the stomach.
Our houses are farms surrounded by peace and quiet in the middle of the countryside of three Chianti Classico villages, Radda, Castellina and Gaiole in Chianti. We all live on the properties and are eager to make our guests feel at home and share our interests in all the ongoing activities of our household and land.

Our regular four days culinary program, Monday to Thursday, includes a wine tasting, an olive oil seminar and a guided visit to a lively local market. Each day we cook in a different kitchen experiencing different homes. You are also welcome to come and cook for only one or two days while the minimum stay in our accommodations is four nights
