The School
Our Cooking school is a private villa with an exclusive fine dining restaurant.
It’s located on the hill side of an enchanting location overlooking Lake Garda, only 5 minutes from a small village on the west coast of the Lake.
Its nominee as ‘’atélier’, for its privacy and quietness and for it’s surrounding beautiful landscape. On an outdoor terrace you will enjoy your summertime’’ al fresco’’ lunch made of the dishes cooked and prepared during the lesson and the poetry of an astonishing view of the entire lake.
The Classes
All the cooking classes are held in the morning in English or German Language – depending on the request- by one of the most excellent Italian chefs, very talented and internationally experienced and are addressed to food lovers and travellers always wishing something special to remember. Choosing from different topics you will enjoy cooking for few hours with the chef, preparing a menu, sharing opinions and comments, tasting wines and having lunch. This is the perfect place to enjoy Italian food and wines.

Lake fish, food and tradition; Home cooking and magic touch; Rice and Risotto; Pastissima, home-made pasta; Gnocchi (dumpling); How to create a menu and the importance of choosing ingredients; Italian soups and chowders; Oil, butter and fat in light cooking style; Fresh ingredients relating to seasons; Northern Italian cuisine; Centre traditional food; Southern fistful of taste; Sharing few little secrets
9.30 am, welcome Italian breakfast [cappuccino and croissant] followed by a short briefing with Chef Andrea presenting the topics and the menu. All the lessons will be held in English, German or in Italian language.
9.45 am, all at work! Preparation of a 4 courses set menu. All the students are involved in the preparation and cooking with the chef’s assistance. 12.30 Having lunch all together (inclusive of water, 1 wine and coffee)
