Let's start by what we are not. We are not a travel agency. We simply want to provide a complete guide to cooking classes and schools across Italy. It is up to you to contact the schools individually and evaluate them. We cannot and do not give any "guarantee" of quality by putting them in our directory.

We love cooking, we love Italy and we love to share Italian cuisine with everyone. We started with CookingWithPatty.com and we had some many requests there about cooking classes that we put this guide together.

One thing you should know about the schools in this guide is that they don't have to pay to be included. This guide is totally free to the cooking schools. Our hope is that we will have a more complete selection that way by including smaller schools that may be hard if not impossible to find.
